The Spirit Fit team believes in providing a safe and healthy environment for your children.
PraiseMoves has fun stretches and exercises that make us strong on the outside
--AND--
we learn Bible verses while we exercise
so we become strong on the inside!!!
"For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's"
(1 Corinthians 6:20).
WOW! Does that mean that my body AND my spirit belong to God?
YES and YES!!!

Sunday School Classes
THE THREE-FOUR YEAR OLD CLASS
uses a curriculum called
“Rock Solid” which is built around a three year study plan following the church year.
Rock Solid is published by Abingdon Press.
KINDERGARDEN
is currently using a program called "Live B.I.G." published by Abingdon Press.
This program uses John 14:1 as it's focus:
"Believe in God, believe also in me."
Every Live B.I.G. lesson is based on three truths:
God is a great big God, God loves us with a great big love; and We are part of God's great big world.
FIRST THROUGH FIFTH GRADE
uses a curriculum called Power Xpress.
It is a rotation model that generally stays on one theme anywhere from 5-7 weeks.
Children rotate weekly in the following areas:
Red Sea Scenes (music and games), Riverbank (story time), Noah’s Art (art), Whale Tales (videos) and Peter’s Port (computer games). The rotation starts with an introductory lesson (all classes combined) followed by a five week rotation of classes and ends with a review lesson called “Celebration Day” (all classes combined).
Celebration Day may include other components such as cooking and science. PowerXpress is also published by Abingdon Press and is built around a four-year cycle followed by two additional themes called “Living God’s Word” and “Into the Bible.”
