Henry Center

Henry Center Ministries are outreach ministries of First United Methodist Church to our neighbors who are struggling financially. They are operated out of our Henry Center building at 201 West Lincoln Street. We offer a clothes closet ministry that provides clothes, furniture, and other household items. Its hours are Thursday from 12-2. In addition, we offer financial assistance for rent or utilities as well as a food pantry. The hours for this ministry are Tuesday and Thursday from 12-2.

For further information about Henry Center Ministries or to volunteer your time serving God through these ministries, you may call the main church office at 455-5434 or email Megan Dauzat at

“ ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the greatest and first commandment. 39 And a second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’"

(Matthew 22:37-39)

Dossett Chapel

Every Wednesday we come together to reach children who are outside the walls of Tullahoma First United Methodist Church. Not only do we strive to show them the love of Jesus Christ but we also provide then with a place where they can go to experience a sense of community in a safe place.

Dossett Chapel also has a Sunday school program on Sunday mornings. The children learn about Jesus, fellowship with each other and share breakfast together. We are always welcoming others who want to spread love, joy, hope and laughter to the Dossett Community. There is no weekly commitment and please feel free to bring your own children with you!

If you are interested in learning more about our Dossett Ministry please contact Jeff Ellison at or on his cell at 512-217-9844 and he will be glad to answer any questions you may have.
